Trade Finance Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Promotion as BA
2. Business requirement validation with use cases in the prototyping phase
3. Planning and promotion preparation tasks for system implementation (e.g. TOM development, BRD creation, etc.) from BA's perspective
4. Management & Reporting
5. Monitor task progress of the user side, conduct issue & risk management, and provide support for solving them
6. Provide local insights and feedback to project planning with Area PM
7. Other regular reporting such as regional progress, challenges, and success to BA leads

Mandate skills:

1. Package system implementation experience (CGI)
2. Trade Finance solutions, CGI experience is a MUST
3. Hands-on experience of creating both a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and a Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
4. A minimum of 5 years experience
5. For Trade Area, knowledge of Front, Middle, and Back-Office domain is preferred. (* For Senior BA: Strong expertise in at least one domain is mandatory.)
6. Experiences in Corporate bank industry as a bank employee, or experiences of service provision to bank industry as a consultant

General requirements:

1. Experience in project implementation from user side (big project is preferred)
2. Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region to interact in person with teams to gather the necessary requirements
3. An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation
4. Mindset to not fear challenge / undertake risk
