Trade Finance Executive (Central, Hybrid) (ID: 672074)

Job Responsibilities

1. To check LC draft against Sales Confirmation & Performa Invoice prior to issuance by customers.
2. To handle Import and Export LCs, Performance Guarantee, Bills for Collections.
3. To prepare full set of shipping documents which includes but not limited to Letter of credit, Shipping Instruction, BL draft, Certificate of Origin application, Export Permit, Insurance etc.
4. To prepare Invoice, Packing List, Shipping advice etc. as per export LCs requirement for documents submission for negotiation.
5. To perform detailed checks to ensure that trade documentation contains no discrepancies and closely follow up with Sales team and bank in a timely manner.
6. To support Sales team in their queries relating to Trade Finance operations.
7. To update payment date and DHL no. in the worksheet promptly.
8. To get quotation for LC confirmation and discounting from banks via email.
9. To provide support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects (if any).
10. To support Trade Control screening.
11. To handle ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder preferably in Finance.
2. Knowledge on LC, incoterms, and trade finance products documentation, including BL, Certificate of Origin, and Insurance will be an added advantage.
3. Meticulous.
4. Able to work independently and has good interpersonal communication skills.
5. Good team player with strong organizational skills.
