Job Responsibilities

• Regularly update information on competitors service offerings, routes and operational details
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of competitors services database
• Review and analyse competitors service rotation in the Intra Asia region to identify gaps & opportunities
• Apply statistical techniques and data modelling to identify trends, patterns and correlations in shipping data.
• Utilise data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau/Power BI) to present insights in a clear and actionable manner
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business or equivalent with 1 - 2 years of related experience or commercial work in a large shipping firm
• Team player with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Meticulous, outgoing personality, assertive and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Able to multi-task and work independently
