Handle day-to-day pricing and set up rate guidelines and surcharges.
Perform yield management to ensure maximum profitability.
Gather and analyze market information to stay competitive.
Review customers' free time requests and manage other commercial-related matters.
Prepare revenue and trade volume forecasts to support business planning.
Work closely with overseas branches on all commercial initiatives and activities.
Conduct feasibility studies on pricing strategies and trade services, contributing to business development efforts.
Prepare monthly trade reports, including Container Business Performance Analysis and Contribution Margin performance reviews.
Manage space allocation, ensuring optimal space utilization on vessels to maximize profit.
Liaise with agents, internal, and external stakeholders on trade services, including service launches, service changes, and vessel locations.
Maintain the Trade Services Catalogue and prepare lifting reports.
Monitor space utilization for transshipment cargos and coordinate container stock management.
Review agents' performance in optimizing space utilization efficiency.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

MUST HAVE:

Degree in Business or equivalent with 1 year of experience, OR a Diploma with relevant experience in a large shipping firm.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Meticulous and assertive, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
