We Are Hiring: Tour Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell tour packages, including private tours, group packages, and customized itineraries.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
5. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and presentations.
6. Provide exceptional after-sales support and follow up with clients.
7. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor products to remain competitive.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
2. Strong understanding of tour packages and travel products.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Customer-focused with a passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
