- Monitoring the execution of investment projects, including financial performance, risk assessments, and achievement of targets.
- Regularly collect and analyze data from investment projects, prepare post-investment reports, and present findings to senior management.
Investor Relations
- Maintain effective communication with the management teams and key stakeholders of investee companies to ensure transparency and timely dissemination of information.
- Assist in resolving post-investment issues, including potential risk management and conflict resolution.
Financial and Compliance Support
- Ensure all post-investment activities comply with the laws and regulations of Singapore and the respective investment locations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to review investment returns and other financial metrics, supporting the family office’s long-term strategic objectives.
Support for New Investment Decisions
- Provide support for new investment opportunities, including conducting background checks, industry research, and feasibility analyses.
- Assist in the formulation of exit strategies to optimize capital returns.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
- A Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Investment Management, or related fields.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in financial investment or post-investment management, with a preference for candidates with family office or private equity experience.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and business valuation processes.
Professional Skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements and investment analysis tools, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong risk awareness and problem-solving abilities.
