Tools Store Supervisor (Aviation, Shiftwork, Changi)

Job Responsibilities:

• Roster planning
• Handle customer queries
• Management of staff attendance and well-being
• Management of Tools Store including the following:
• Manning of the tool store front counter
• Maintaining serviceability of tools
• Monitor and maintain consumables and expendables at counter
• Adhering to current processes in place while performing the required roles
• Identify defective or damaged tools and initiate reporting processes in timely manner
• Assist in any other matters

Job Requirements:

• ‘O’ Level, Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with 1 – 3 years of Warehouse Management/ Logistics operation experience
• Experience in managing tool crib and staff
• Experience in Tool Loan System will be advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP & MS Word/ Excel
• Good leadership and people management skills
