You will work closely with the content and editorial team to create TikTok content for clients in different industries, including F&B, mobile apps, IDs, property, etc. These contents are mainly created to enhance brand and product awareness, ultimately driving sales.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the content and editorial team in storyboarding, shooting, editing, and subtitling.
2. Keep up to date with TikTok trends.
3. Constantly look for new ways to improve and/or create new video content.
4. Conduct research and gather information for customer portfolio development.
5. Coordinate shooting programs and prepare shooting materials.
6. Manage customer needs and expectations.
7. Handle customer inquiries and requests.
8. Build relationships with customers.
9. Administer customer feedback.
10. Liaise with suppliers and clients.
11. Manage project timelines.

Job Requirements

1. Provide administrative and operational support.
2. A visual storyteller - able to think outside the box.
3. Basic knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment (not a must but good to have).
4. Video editing skills - Premiere Pro, CapCut (not a must but good to have).
5. Willingness to learn.

The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator to join our company. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging video content. He/She will be the main contact between brands, managing the client's needs and wants.

7. Adept in the setup and operation of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
8. Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
9. Explorative researcher with a keen eye for detail.
