Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Department to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

  • Lead and manage the Tender Team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

  • Conduct site surveys and oversee the preparation of proposals, costings, bids, and tender documents in response to client requirements and market opportunities.

  • Demonstrate expertise in client RFP/RFQ/NDA/SLA processes and in navigating tender platforms such as GeBiz and TenderBoard.

  • Manage contracts effectively, focusing on compliance, risk management, and financial performance.

  • Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts, ensuring all terms are met.

  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s client base.

  • Drive results by leading the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification in Diploma (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering across diverse sectors, including Government and private projects,

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficieny in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, presentation software and document editing software.
