Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Department to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Lead and manage the Tender Team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Conduct site surveys and oversee the preparation of proposals, costings, bids, and tender documents in response to client requirements and market opportunities.
Demonstrate expertise in client RFP/RFQ/NDA/SLA processes and in navigating tender platforms such as GeBiz and TenderBoard.
Manage contracts effectively, focusing on compliance, risk management, and financial performance.
Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts, ensuring all terms are met.
Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and fostering long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s client base.
Drive results by leading the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling services.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification in Diploma (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution)
Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering across diverse sectors, including Government and private projects,
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficieny in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, presentation software and document editing software.
