Temp Staff 1:

Consolidate all training and reminiscence materials, including videos, to ensure accessibility and provide comprehensive resources for facilitators and participants.

Support discussions with stakeholders (five regional partners) and develop protocols aligned with programme objectives and operational feasibility.

Support volunteer management.

Support the launching event.

Temp Staff 2:

Consolidate and support all the agreements, PPT, and vendor applications ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational objectives.

Support discussions with stakeholders (10 local organisations) and develop protocols aligned with programme objectives and operational feasibility.

Support trainer management.
