Job description

This position is to cover duties performed by our current Multimedia Support staff who will be on maternity leave:

Manage and optimize the website (WordPress platform) as a key communication tool alongside other digital media channels and assets.
Create and execute a social media calendar across all our channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
Oversee website and social media platform layout and posting.
Provide Information Technology support services such as requesting quotations, evaluating, and providing recommendations to the department on the IT/AV support.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.
End User Device support for staff.
Technical support for online events, i.e. training, webinars, etc.
Fulfill other duties assigned by the department.

Minimum Diploma with knowledge in professional web/social media/graphics/video experience in a related position.
Experience with CSS, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar graphics programs.
Proficient in photography equipment, including DSLRs and lenses, and strong knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Meticulous, task-driven, responsive, and adaptable to changes.
