Temporary Executive (Finance) - 6 Months

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Executive (Finance) to join the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) in the West Region on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will support year-end closing for FY 2024 and assist with the WSG salary support audit.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the collection of receivables, resolving discrepancies
• Generate course fees receipts
• Update course fees payment details in TPG portal
• Reconcile finance records
• Extract documents for auditors
• Support in interface of Student Management System (SMS) to SAP
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by reporting officer

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
• A team player who is proactive and possess a problem-solving attitude
• Has strong ethics and able to handle highly confidential documents
