Job Description:

1. To provide administrative work (e.g checking of finance claims and submission)
2. To assist with logistics support for events or meetings
3. To assist with procurement and liaison with vendors after purchase
4. To verify and record inventory and other fixed asset equipment in the office
5. Design of marketing collaterals such as posters or EDM
6. Other miscellaneous & ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Office.

Qualifications:

• Diploma and experience in administrative work.
