Temporary Customer Service Officer

This role is a 1-month contract role with the possibility to extend for another 6 months.

Job Description

1. Handle walk-in cabbies for lost and found items and follow-up calls
2. Call cabbies to update the TDVL renewal
3. Ad hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements

1. Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
