Temporary Catering Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Daily opening & closing of outlet
• Daily cleaning of outlet before stall open & after operation hour
• Receive and check meals delivered to the school, and segregate meals according to schedule, loading meals into the warmer or dispenser
• Assist student/school staff with collecting meals at dispensers when necessary
• Verify and issue meals over the counter or tablet
• Set up common areas accordingly (e.g., fruits, cutlery, condiments, labels etc.)
• Pack all soiled bento boxes into Cambro for returning to the kitchen, ensuring all bentos are scraped
• Daily cleaning of dispenser unit
• Ensure stall cleanliness at all times
• Follow hygiene practices, and adopt company QA standards
• Any additional scope provided by the supervisor

Working Condition

• Working location – Punggol
• Working hours are from 8.00 am to 3:00 pm, with time adjustments where necessary
