Job Description:

1. Greet guests and attend to enquiries
2. Visitor registration and scheduling appointments
3. Assist pharmacists and senior pharmacy technicians in handling routine tasks in pharmacy administration
4. Assist in administrative duties including data entry, document scanning, and photocopying
5. Prepare reports for supervisors
6. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma/GCE A Level
