Job description
Duration: 6 Months (April 2025 – September 2025)
Location: West
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Job Description:
- Assist with daily office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Manage asset tracking, including liaising with IT for laptop assignments and office printer management
- Process purchase orders (PO) and track invoice submissions
- Assist with tracking incidental office expenditures
- Assist in managing logistics for the Management Associate and Management Executive programs (interview scheduling, onboarding, etc.)
- Track project timelines, follow up on actions, and help with reporting updates
- Organize and collate HR documents for audits and internal reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Possess good communication and analytical skills
- Experience with Data Analysis will be an advantage
