Job description

Duration: 6 Months (April 2025 – September 2025)

Location: West

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Job Description:

  • Assist with daily office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage asset tracking, including liaising with IT for laptop assignments and office printer management
  • Process purchase orders (PO) and track invoice submissions
  • Assist with tracking incidental office expenditures
  • Assist in managing logistics for the Management Associate and Management Executive programs (interview scheduling, onboarding, etc.)
  • Track project timelines, follow up on actions, and help with reporting updates
  • Organize and collate HR documents for audits and internal reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
  • Possess good communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with Data Analysis will be an advantage
