Temp Call Centre Assistant - GOVT/ MNC #HZOT

Duration: 6 months/ 1 yr (EXTENDABLE) OR till end Jul OR 17 Apr to 11 May OR 20 May to 16 June
Salary: $13/ hr
Working Hours: 5 days office hours for Greenwich Drive, includes weekends and PH, on rotating shifts
Location: Ubi / Greenwich Drive (transport pickup provided at Kovan, Serangoon, Woodlands MRT for Greenwich)

Job Scope:

1. Act as the first point of contact for the customers
2. Make effort to understand both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction
3. Provide satisfactory explanation to customers and take remedial action where necessary

1. Min. O level/ Higher NITEC and above
2. No experience required as training will be provided
