Temp Associate (Warehouse), Retail Pharmacy (Up to $13/hr/ 5 days office hours)

Job scope:

• Assist in the daily operations at the warehouse and on online platforms. This includes accounting for sales through capturing on the Point-of-Sales system, processing customer order/refund requests as well as attending to online enquiries promptly.
• Assist with roster management to ensure optimal manpower to meet warehouse operational demands and planned sales campaigns.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, which include ordering and receiving inventory physically, managing inventory and stocks, returns to vendors and from customers, and co-ordinate warehouse distribution to outlets.
• Process and transact online orders and co-ordinate with logistics providers on timely delivery arrangements.
• Monitor sales traffic and collate sales data.

Job requirements:

• Diploma OR Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A with at least 6 years’ working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
