Job Description

  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer account data.
  • Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners.
  • Responsible for back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, and fulfilment.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping.
  • Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome.
  • Fast learner in computer systems.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must; ERP/CRM system is an advantage.
  • Able to multitask, organized, and have a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
  • Able to commence work immediately.
  • Duration: 3 months.
  • Working hours: 3 weekdays (8:30 am – 6:00 pm) with 1-hour lunch break.
