Temp Accounts Assistant (6 months) #HHLT

Duration: until Sept 25
Salary: up to $3600
Location: One-north
Working hour: 5-day work week, office hours

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Reconcile over 200 invoices and Statements of Account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  2. Accurately post accruals and prepayments.
  3. Provide raw material costs to stakeholders when requested.
  4. Process and manage freight forwarder invoices efficiently.
  5. Compile and send weekly pending invoice reports to stakeholders.
  6. Create and maintain vendor records in SAP and SOA.
  7. Reconcile supplier statements.
  8. Validate and process staff claims and invoices, ensuring proper account allocation and timely payments.
  9. Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Min 1 year experience in AP/Accounting/Finance roles
