Telesales Executive (Credit Card Insurance/Salary up to $4k + Commission + PB)

Job Details:

• Remuneration Package: Very attractive basic salary starting from $3,000 to $4,000 + Monthly Commission + Performance Bonus
• Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri – 9AM to 6:30PM
• Location: Novena
• Contract: 1-Year Contract with the Bank (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Actively make outbound calls with leads provided by the bank to present Credit Card Insurance products to clients
• Understand clients' concerns and address their needs
• Demonstrate strong ability and confidence to cross-sell or up-sell

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in any field
• Prior experience of at least 1 year in Insurance telesales is preferred
• Preferably certified with M5 & M9 certificates
