Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our vibrant Sales team. We value individuals with proven sales experience and know-how in securing a sales prospect. We provide quality Warm Leads to support our sales team to meet their number.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage good relationships with prospective and existing customers and dealers.
  2. Understand clients’ needs and present offers and deals to them over the phone, and provide advice on available solutions.
  3. Manage and follow through the entire sales process.
  4. Promote positive brand image of Motorist by maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to interact professionally with customers.
  3. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  4. Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player.
  5. Highly self-motivated and target-focused, with a strong positive mindset.
  6. Prior experience in sales is not required. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and are eager to train candidates who are enthusiastic and motivated.
  7. Those currently in Retail sales are welcome to apply.
  8. Prior experience in Tele sales is a plus.
  9. Base pay depends on job-related skills, knowledge and experience.
  10. Comprehensive coaching will be made available for your personal and work development. These include products/services knowledge, soft skills such as demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, time management, selling skills.
