TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

1. To conduct cold-calling and to aggressively promote corporate services.
2. Build and develop a long-term relationship with customers.
3. To effectively meet (and exceed) targets as set by the company.
4. Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service.
5. Ensure compliance with all operating & regulatory guidelines, sales practice, sales dos & don’ts, code of ethics and conduct and company’s internal policies.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE Ordinary Level (GCE O-Level) and above (No experience required).
2. Entry level candidates with strong motivation and good attitudes.
3. Confident, aggressive, performance driven and self-motivated.
4. Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to build and develop a long-term relationship with Mandarin speaking customers).
5. Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.
