Requirement:

Position: Telesales Executive (Full-Time + CPF + Incentive + AWS + Staff Benefits)

Job Description:

Report to Industrial Office - Every Mon to Fri, 9 am to 6 pm.

Responsible for generating leads and making telesales over the phone.

Familiar with the use of ERP systems, product knowledge for printers & supplies, computer & peripherals, network services & accessories, and the I.T. industry.

1. Good communication skills.
2. Serve as account manager to corporate customers.
3. Request & prepare business processes including quotations & tender submissions for new projects.
4. Manage customers' credit status & sales orders, customer service & support, and ensure scheduled delivery on time after sales.
5. Adhere to SOPs to maintain ERP data integrity & operational efficiency.
