Telemarketing Executive (Insurance)

Job Description

1. Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
2. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
3. Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
4. Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards

Job Requirements

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
2. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
3. Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
5. Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
