Our client, a well-known company in the financial services industry, is looking for talent as a Telemarketer / Tele sales Executive / Sales Executive.

Job Description:

1. Convert leads provided by the partner bank to sales through telemarketing.
2. Handle customer enquiries with confidence.
3. Correspond with customers through emails.
4. Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment.
5. Achieve sales targets for the team and individual set out by the business.

Requirements:

1. Minimum O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
2. Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
5. Sales driven and possesses a can-do attitude.
