Tele-Marketer (6-8 Vacancies)
Location: Work from home with occasional office visits at Henderson Road during training and probation.

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Tele-Marketers. As a Tele-Marketer, you will be responsible for setting appointments through outbound cold calls with prospects in Singapore, representing a MAS-regulated financial institution. This role does not involve direct sales, and our focus is solely on appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, setting appointments for a reputable MAS-regulated financial institution.
• No sales required—your primary goal is to schedule appointments.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during calls to build rapport and increase appointment success rates.
• Follow up on leads and provide updates to the team.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Language proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Personal qualities: Patient, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Experience: Previous telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
• Training Requirement: Able to attend 5 full-day assessment on-the-job training sessions at our office located at Henderson Road.
• Remote Work: Must have a quiet, conducive environment for work from home. During the probation period, occasional office visits (once a week) are required.
• Commitment: Ability to meet KPIs and performance targets consistently.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Package: Basic salary of $1,700, plus performance-based incentives ranging from $10 to $40 per appointment set.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (Excludes Public Holidays)
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
