Technology Innovation Manager

Job Description:
Our company is seeking a skilled Manager to lead our technology innovation team. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring effective communication and project execution in line with our technology strategy for the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members.
• Coordinate resources and manage project execution to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology or innovation sectors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications, with the ability to collaborate with AI teams to drive innovation.
• Prior experience in the food flavor industry is preferred.
