Job Title: GSE Technician

As a GSE Technician at TCR, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth airport operations. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our advanced Ground Support Equipment (GSE), such as push-back tractors, de-icers, GPUs, and many other specialized vehicles necessary for efficient aircraft arrivals and departures.

Where you will make an impact

1. Preventive maintenance, where you perform periodic checks and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all machines remain in top condition.
2. Diagnosis and repair, where you identify and resolve technical issues with various GSE.
3. You follow up on work orders and scan the correct parts in SAP with your tablet.
4. You work closely with your colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
5. For complex problems, you can rely on the expertise of the Supervisor of your unit.

The ideal candidate

1. You are passionate about technology.
2. Affinity with aviation is a plus.
3. You have a diploma in a technical field, such as electromechanics, automotive technology, or a similar education, or equivalent through experience.
4. Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation sector, automotive, or with heavy equipment.
5. You have good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
6. You excel at analyzing problems and finding efficient solutions.
7. You enjoy working in a team and can communicate well with colleagues and supervisors.
8. You speak good Dutch AND/OR French AND English.
9. You have a valid driver's license B.

If you qualify, you will receive a link to an online test with a mix of technical questions to assess your technical knowledge. You will then be invited to our office in Steenokkerzeel for an interview with the Operations Manager and HR responsible. After the interview, you will receive a tour of the workshop and feedback from us within a week.
