Under general supervision, this job performs routine laboratory work, makes samples for evaluation, conducts stability tests and submissions for all categories, documents procedures & lab stocks, and maintains laboratory notebooks or other records.

Your key responsibilities

• Supporting Junior Scientists, preparing lab samples for evaluation, stability tests, analytical testing, fragrance testing, and submissions. Running routine laboratory work (in TD and TD Analytical).
• Conducting fragrance evaluations (washing fabrics, hairswatches, and other possible substrates) and recording results. Ensuring all materials used for evaluation are washed/cleaned for subsequent evaluations.
• Conducting stability tests for TD work. Helping manage lab supplies (raw materials, packaging, bases, and oils).
• Sending/receiving samples to/from overseas and maintaining records in the internal system. Maintaining the laboratory and equipment as well as cleanliness of the workplace.
• Following established HSE rules. Managing administrative internal systems/tasks.
• Keeping daily records on orders, dispatches, and laboratory work.

You bring

• Polytechnic graduate in any science studies or relevant technical experience.
• Able to work independently.
• Diligent, disciplined, meticulous, organized, and with integrity.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Possess basic computer skills (Excel & Word).
• This is an 8-month contract position.
