Lendlease is currently searching for experienced Technicians and Senior Technicians for Parkway Parade. The role will be reporting to the Building Manager and Supervisor to perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the building facilities and equipment. Manage all M&E service contractors to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the centre without disruptions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Provide frontline engineering support for M&E systems.
2. Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance services of M&E systems and equipment in accordance to schedule.
3. Maintain and repair all M&E related equipment, tools, and materials to ensure that they are in good working condition.
4. Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems.
5. Perform preliminary troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues.
6. Ensure all works carried out in the building adhere to all safety standards and house rules.
7. Ensure proper reporting and documentation of all maintenance, repair, and service activities.
8. Responsible for tenant satisfaction; attend to and investigate complaints related to M&E services.
9. Ensure that the premises and its building facilities are maintained at the highest standard.
10. Manage and supervise contractors and service providers’ work and performance.
11. Participate actively in all fire safety exercises and ensure adherence to guidelines.
12. Assist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out work.
13. Assist in coordinating projects, promotional events, and setup.
14. Any other duties as assigned.

To be a success in this role, it is desirable, but not essential to have:

1. NTC3 or NITEC Equivalent in Building Services, Facility Technology (M&E Services), Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in maintaining a commercial shopping/office complex in building services, mechanical, and basic electrical engineering.
3. Familiarity with local code of practice for various M&E trades and local authorities’ regulations.

Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Working hours is 40 hours/week.
