Technician / Senior Technician, Operations (Pasir Ris Mall)

This position is for Allgreen Properties Ltd (Pasir Ris Mall / Tanglin Mall), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out building inspection and identify building defects.
2. Carry out maintenance and improvement works.
3. Manage tenants’ feedback on maintenance works.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Building Systems.

Minimum Requirements:

1. NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioning.
2. Preferably 2 years’ experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems, especially Central Air-conditioning in a shopping centre environment.
3. Shift work involved: 6 days per week (7am-3pm / 3-11pm / 11pm - 7am). Hours might revert back to 7am - 3pm / 3 - 11pm once the mall is stabilized after opening.
