Technician Secondary Packaging

Perform all production activities at various stages under GMP environment and work as a team to achieve production targets in compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety requirements.

Execute production tasks and ensure shift target and high product quality are achieved:

1. Perform production tasks in compliance with SOP, GMP/GDP requirements, and HSE regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure good 5S standard and HSE compliance in SP operation; escalate to Superintendent for any potential near miss.
3. Ensure good internal and external audit outcomes.
4. Ensure BRFT% with minimum GDP errors from batch record review.
5. Suggest and execute Kaizen initiatives yearly.
