Technician (Production & Manufacturing /Engineering/Mechanical Technology)

We’re seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automation systems and cutting-edge machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up model conversions and execute production procedures.
• Assist in machine setup and relocation when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on SMT and automation machines.
• Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage spare part and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers for maintenance tasks.
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Job Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in production and manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with automation systems, SMT, or custom machines.
• Technical skills with depaneling, coater, dispensing, and material handling systems.
• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PCBA.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PLC, and Mechanical CAD is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Up to $2,700
• AWS & Variable Bonus
• Living Allowance: $300/month
• Attendance Incentive: $65/month
• Shift Allowance: $20 (night shift) / $15 (afternoon shift)
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Annual Leave: 10 days

Working Hours (Shift Options):

• Night Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM, Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays)
• Afternoon Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM, Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays)
• Normal Shift: 8 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
