Major Responsibility
Supporting logistics and inventory operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Receive and inspect incoming equipment and spare parts.
Inventory organization and storage, maintain clean, safe and organized work areas.
Perform routine inventory counts and track tool check-in/out and ensure calibration schedules are followed.
Responsibility
Support maintenance supervisor in the maintenance activities in accordance with the procedures and safety plans.
Assist to compile fault data, fault reports and perform remedial work.
Conduct proper housekeeping and ensure security of signalling maintenance office, workshops and equipment rooms in stations and depot.
Ensure timely compilation and submission of fault and maintenance reports for review.
Assist in the investigations and fault analysis of persistence faults and remedial actions.
Perform proper filings and assist in updating of document and drawings.
Requirement
Minimum Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering.
Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts.
Fresh graduate may apply.
Relevant experience in logistics and inventory management is advantageous.
