Job Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, ad-hoc servicing, and repairs of air compressors.
Possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturer instructions, manuals, and compressor systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
Provide monthly progress reports to the Manager and ensure follow-up actions are taken as necessary.
Submit detailed service reports, offering solutions to the Team and customers.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Nitec or Diploma in Technical discipline (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
Strong communications and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Possesses a valid driving license would be preferred.
