Technician

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide essential technical support for production machinery, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
• Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, achieve daily production targets, and perform mold setup and maintenance as needed.
• Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration, and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs, and fixtures.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and ensure all activities comply with approved processes, contributing to plant safety and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements based on production line conditions and troubleshooting experiences.

Requirements:

• Education: NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: Experience in a fully automated manufacturing environment with hands-on electrical and mechanical component experience is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams. Knowledge in polymer engineering and precision part molding is a plus.
• Work Conditions: Willingness to work in shift patterns, overtime, weekends, and in clean room environments.
