Work safely in accordance with HSE regulations and policies.
Conduct routine checks including facility/plant areas, air-conditioning system (Chillers/FCU/PAHU/cooling tower), electrical, fire protection, plumbing system, etc. to ensure they are operating according to configuration.
Coordinate, supervise and perform building facility maintenance and rectification.
Facilitate interface with suppliers and term contractors, provide supervision and escort for regular and ad-hoc maintenance activities by suppliers.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and service systems.
Conduct the necessary mitigations to make safe, isolate faults and resume operation.
Escalate issues and incidents and provide support during emergency call out/manpower coverage.
Work with BMS system and technology.
Management of work orders via CMMS system including the following:
Respond to users’ requests and alarms and report any fault to the supervisor in a diligent and timely manner.
Identify potential issues and highlight to supervisor/manager proactively.
Troubleshoot and rectify minor maintenance issues (bulb replacement, plumbing and part replacement).
Manage room/event set up requests.
Carry out duties in accordance with company’s management policy, procedures and work instructions.
