Technical Support Specialist, AV Control & DSP Programming(Dante Certified)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide front-line technical support via phone, email and remote login which includes diagnostics, solution planning, training and customer communication.
2. Act as the primary technical liaison between the factory and field teams, handling system-level escalation support and ensuring effective internal and customer communication.
3. Conduct inspection, setup, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and accessories, ensuring compliance with specifications.
4. Deliver basic operator and application training to in-house team.
5. Develop and maintain the customer support knowledge database to enhance troubleshooting and applications support.
6. Assist with product demonstrations, conferences, exhibitions, and workshops as required.
7. Provide technical input to both internal and external sales teams for routine and non-routine sales cases.
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Min. 3 years of related experience in Audio Visual industry focusing on video conferencing and sound system.
2. Proficiency in design & programming software such as Extron, Biamp, QSys.
3. Competency in sound reinforcement design simulation software.
4. Industry certifications in control programming (e.g., Extron, Crestron) and Dante digital audio transport.
5. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm.
6. Salary: Up to $4000.
