Job description

Job Description

  1. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  2. Prepare technical report on support issues, including feedback, analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, printers, network switches, and other related devices.

Requirements

  1. Possess certification in Information Technology (IT) or an equivalent field with 1-5 years relevant experience.
  2. Knowledge and hands-on experience in deploying network devices and managing network infrastructure.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. A keen interest in discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies.
  6. Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
  7. Possess class 3 driving license would be considered an advantage.
