Technical Support Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment) – MNC

Location: West (Transport provided at Boon Lay)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for semiconductor equipment, including CMP systems and other high-tech machinery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, the head office, and agents, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet customer needs and service objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering or technical support role.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or strong technical knowledge in related machinery is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
