Technical Support Engineer (Automation/PLC Programming) - Up to $5,500

• Position : Technical Support Engineer (Automation/PLC Programming) - Up to $5,500 + AWS
• Location : West – Bukit Batok Crescent
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Reimbursement/Allowance + Mobile Phone Allowance + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product management for the product we are distributing.
• Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Prepare and present application/solution proposals according to customer requirements.
• Provide technical support for technical requests, respond to customer queries and issues over telephone or email.
• Provide product training and conduct product demonstrations to customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain existing customer relationships.
• Using product application knowledge to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
• Build relationships with our product's principal and provide customer feedback for service and/or product enhancements.

Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering / Industrial / Mechatronics.
• Passion for automation, with creative and adaptive approaches.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with colleagues who can only speak Mandarin.
