Technical Specialist (Facilities Management)'

Job Duties:

You will supervise the team contractors on the maintenance of the building architectural components and FM services such as pest control and cleaning within the port terminal building, with some basic hands-on corrective works. You will need to conduct daily physical inspection of the building to identify any defects, and attend to user feedback pertaining to building maintenance.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC in Facility Management/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical Technology/Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services)
• Willing to work outdoors and at heights
• Experience in facilities management would be an advantage
