Technical Specialist (Audio / Visual)

Job Summary:

Basic: $3,500 - $4,000 (depends on experience)

Benefit: Performance Bonus

Location: Funan, Singapore

Working Hours: 5 days work, 8 hours per day exclude break (no fixed off day)

Training:

Period: 1 month

Location: Shenzhen, China

Meal & Accommodation: Provided

Job Scopes:

1. Carry out regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, networks, surveillance systems, and server equipment.
2. Ensure network stability and availability within the premises, and immediately escalate any unresolved issues to headquarters for further support.
3. Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and prompt repair of audiovisual systems, including sound systems, lighting, and display equipment.
4. Perform routine performance evaluations and optimizations on audiovisual equipment, adjusting settings as needed to enhance performance and reliability.
5. Support the selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new audiovisual equipment, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
6. Manage system data backups, recovery, and security to ensure data integrity and prevent data loss or breaches.
7. Collaborate with the development team for system upgrades and optimizations, collect user feedback, and propose improvements to enhance usability and functionality.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
2. Preferable 1 year experience in IT field.
3. Proficient in KTV setting is an added advantage.
4. Familiarity with the principles and operation of various sound, lighting, and display equipment.
5. Able to converse in Chinese to communicate with the China team.
6. Singaporean only.
