Role Title: Technical Solution Specialist (Cybersecurity)
Business: Project Office
We are looking for a Technical Solution Specialist to grow our Enterprise Operations business unit. As a Technical Solution Specialist, you should have a strong technical understanding of cyber security technologies, solutions, and services.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assessment of cybersecurity tools/products and services.
• Responsible for building technical capabilities within the organization, supporting the implementation and deployment of cybersecurity technologies, and participating in the mentorship and traineeship program of SOC L1 specialists.
• Review, assess, and support the implementation of (POC) proof of concepts or tender proposals for cybersecurity-related opportunities.
• Engage and collaborate with business units and vendors to ensure services are delivered successfully.
• Work with cybersecurity channel partners to introduce and recommend best practices and tools that can complement our workforce services.
• Act as the go-to person for industry-standard cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, and CIS Controls.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences, from executives to engineers, to implement and manage long-term projects.
• Provide expertise in IT security solutions, applications, and tools.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or closely related areas (Diploma holder may be considered).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity and risk management, threats, vulnerabilities, security policies, etc.
• Strong technical understanding of cyber security technologies, solutions, and services.
• CISSP/ CISM/ CISA/ CEH or equivalent certifications would be an added advantage.
