Produce and manage technical documents, including writing technical cases, monthly technical reports, updating PDI technical files, and managing inventory vehicle technical documents.
Manage market technical operations, including managing and improving service provider technical managers, internal training management, regular assessment management, technical capability evaluation and improvement, market survey analysis, localization promotion, and the implementation of company technical management regulations.
Provide claims support, including promoting technical determination of fault responsibility and pre-review of claim forms.
Follow up on technical projects, including managing and supporting technical projects and promoting market-oriented projects.
Manage quality, including collecting and organizing market issues and following up on difficult problems with relevant departments at headquarters.
Recruitment Requirements:
Minimum Degree in relevant field such as Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or after-sales technical management.
Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
Preferable to have a class 3 driving license.
Proficiency in English or Chinese to liaise with HQ colleagues from China.
