Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers before and after sales.
2. Assist field service engineers and customers with technical support as needed.
3. Evaluate and define performance specifications for vision systems.
4. Oversee and manage customer-specific projects and related documentation.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
2. Familiarity with field servicing and semiconductor processes.
3. Knowledge of Die Sorters or Wafer Sorters.
4. Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and networking.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Excellent analytical skills.
