Technical Sales Engineer

Your Role

As our Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in the company’s revenue growth through obtaining new sales from existing and new customers, as well as maintaining strong business relationships with customers.

Your Calling

1. Plan and carry out sales activities (quotation, price negotiation, delivery, etc.)
2. Explore new potential customers and obtain new businesses
3. Execute sales and marketing strategies to improve/increase sales revenue
4. Liaise with customers and address their feedback/issues
5. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers
6. Provide sales and technical/engineering support to customers
7. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain and promote company’s services
8. Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery
9. Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, delivery lead time, etc.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Your Success Factors

1. Min. ITE in Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field
2. Able to read and interpret technical drawings
3. Experience in Precision Engineering or related field advantageous
4. Experience in using ERP Systems advantageous
5. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Initiative and results driven
