A local company specialising in industrial weighing solutions is seeking Technical Sales & Customer Service Executives to join their team to grow their existing business portfolio. Training on product and sales is provided for those without relevant working experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Service existing customers and develop new customer accounts.
2. Provide advice & assistance to customers in relation to technical issues.
3. Enhance & grow customer relationships.
4. Provide quotations and follow up on customers.
5. Provide onsite training to customers on products.
6. Timely completion and submission of paperwork.
7. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions for troubleshooting.
8. Other duties included within the capacity of a sales technician. Remuneration commensurate accordingly.

Requirements:

1. "O" Levels with 3 years of working experience in relevant industries/roles.
2. Diploma, Nitec or higher in Mechanical Engineering or relevant certifications.
3. Class 3 Driving License for frequent travel.
4. English and Mandarin proficiency to liaise and communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
